Kyle Dodge from Fyzical Therapy and Balance Centers in Lockport will present the importance of balance and fall prevention. Learn the basics of balance, some tips to reduce your overall risk of fall, and to identify your personal level of fall risk.
Following the 30 minute talk is a 30 minute balance class. Come ready to participate and move! You will be guided through simple and reproducible stretching and balance activities aimed to improve strength and reduce fall risks. Each participant will leave with a goodie-bag including printed exercise instructions so you can continue building strength and balance at home.
