The Village of Romeoville is embarking upon a revision to the Village Comprehensive Plan. This process will help determine the community's goals and aspirations in terms of community development. The outcome of the plan will guide future development for transportation, utilities, land use, recreation, and housing. The existing comprehensive plan was adopted in 2001. Since that time, Romeoville has experienced tremendous growth and many of the prior plan's goals, objectives and recommendations need to be revisited to reflect the changing conditions of the community.
