The Public is invited to an Open House regarding the Weber and I-55 Interchange Improvements. The Open House will be held Thursday, October 27th from 3:00 p.m. – 6:00 p.m. at Romeoville Village Hall, 1050 W. Romeo Rd, Romeoville.

“The Weber Road and I-55 Improvements will greatly enhance the traffic congestion in this area. As this project will impact many travelers, it is important to host meetings such as this to provide information on the improvements, expected schedule and answer any questions the public may have,” said Will County Board Member Don Moran.

IDOT and County officials will be present to review plans and answer questions on the project. The project limits extend along Weber Road from 119th Street north of the interchange to 135th Street to the south and 1/2 mile east and west of Weber Road along I-55.

“We are thankful that the County and IDOT are providing this opportunity to keep the public informed and answer their questions,” said Romeoville Mayor John Noak.
