The offices are open Monday through Friday 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
Construction can only occur between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m. Monday through Friday and between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. Saturday and Sunday.

- Project Permit Number
- Subdivision Name
- Type of Inspection being requested
- Contact name
- Contact telephone number
Contractors License Required
Contractors, Subcontractors, and Plumbing Contractors must be licensed with the Village. This is for the protection of the resident. Lists of licensed contractors are available at 1050 West Romeo Road in the Village Hall.

No accessory structure or use except fences shall be constructed, occupied or established on any public utility, drainage, or pipeline easement, except with the written permission of all utility companies and the Village having rights to use the easement. Before building permits can be issued, letters must be received from the easement holders.
