Birthday Party Registration Form

Birthday Party Packages
Choose from five different birthday party packages and let the Recreation Department do all the work!  All party packages include a balloon decorated room for 12 to 25 children, plus pizza, drink, and surprise for each child.  A Party Coordinator will help with all your party needs and will take a group photo for the birthday child to bring home!   Visit the Recreation Department to book your date or call (815) 886-6222 for more information.

Fees
$125 per Romeoville resident for 12 children (minimum*)
$175 per Non-Romeoville resident for 12 children (minimum*)
$8 per additional child beyond the 12 child minimum
A $50 refundable cash deposit plus all party fees is due at time of booking. Please note: the monies (cash deposit and party fees) must be paid at time of registration. No parties will be accepted without full payment and applicable form.

*If your party does not meet the minimum of 12 children, the minimum fee is still required; a maximum of 25 children are allowed to attend the birthday party.

Please note the rental deposit refund policy: cash deposit must be picked up within 4-10 business days after rental. If deposit is not picked up within the 4-10 business days, a check will be mailed to the renter’s address within 4-6 weeks. Dance Party
Ages 3 to 12
You and your friends will learn new dance moves while playing games and having fun. You will have a chance to show what you learned by putting on a performance for your parents. This party is held in the Performing Arts Studio.

Gymnastics Party
Ages 5 and up
You and your friends will have a blast in the gymnastics room! Activities include obstacle courses, games, play time on each apparatus, and free play time. A Party Coordinator will lead all activities in the Gymnastics Room. Parties are available upon request only. Call for more information.

Jungle Safari Party
Ages 2-12
Make your child’s next birthday an adventure as they slither through the anaconda slide, listen to the sounds of the jungle, and let their imagination go wild! Among all the other benefits you get for booking a birthday party with us, the Jungle Safari party also comes with a jungle-themed thank you postcard for each child! This party is held in the Jungle Safari Indoor Playground.

Jungle parties are available during the week upon request and room availability. Call for more information.

Pajama Party
Ages 5 and up
Celebrate your birthday with a PJ party! During your party we will watch a movie on the big screen TV. Pizza and drinks will be served. Bring your pillow, blanket, and favorite slippers for the fashion show. The Pajama Party is held in the Drdak Senior and Teen Room.

Sports-n-Games Party
Ages 5 and up
You and your guests will have a great time playing a variety of sports or games like basketball and volleyball in the gym. A Party Coordinator will lead games and sports activities. Please choose the activities when booking your party so equipment can be made available.

Sports and Games parties are available during the week upon request and room availability. Contact Kristine Wahlgren at (815) 886-6222 for more information. This party is only available April through October.
