Fit 4 Life Fitness Center
The Fit 4 Life Fitness Center is located on the second floor of the Recreation Center. At Fit 4 Life you’ll be headed towards better health, reduced stress, and improved fitness! This 3,000 square foot fitness center has state-of-the-art equipment, locker rooms with a shower and a beautiful aerial view of Romeoville’s Village Park. You’ll enjoy getting in shape with our convenient hours, quality service, and affordable rates!

Membership Features
Membership to the Fit 4 Life Fitness Center includes orientation, free Open Gym, discount on personal training packages and group fitness classes, and two guest passes per Six Month Membership or four guest passes per Annual or Family of Two memberships. Also, all Fit 4 Life members can receive $3 off any 10-week group fitness class! Yoga and weight lifting classes are not included in this discount. Show your Fit 4 Life membership card to the front desk when registering for classes.

Workout for $2 per day! If you are age 60 or better we invite you to workout at our fitness center any time between 11:00am and 2:00pm for only $2 per day. Come any day of the week – Sunday through Saturday! Pay at the front counter when you first walk into the Recreation Center or the fitness desk inside the fitness center. Fee must be paid before working out and only cash is accepted.

**Premier Plus Package
This package gives you everything! It includes a year membership at the Fit 4 Life Fitness Center, group fitness classes (excludes yoga, Fitness Boot Camp, or any class in the fitness center) and child care up to 2 children (child care rules and restrictions still apply). During registration for each session sign up for all the classes you want to participate in.

Members that sign up for this package will receive an ID card that must be shown to participate in classes and to receive child care. A non-refundable $100 down payment is due at the time of registration with the remaining balance due three months from your registration date. Auto draft is not available and membership is non-transferable. We reserve the right to revoke any membership if all guidelines are not met. Regular registration rules still apply.

ACH (originally known as autodraft) is now available to new and existing members! Sign up to have membership fees deducted from your checking account on a monthly basis, rather than paying a full membership up front. ACH is available to residents who have a current Village of Romeoville water bill account. Single Adult, Family of Two, Premier and Senior memberships are eligible for ACH. Terms and conditions apply. Stop in or call the Recreation Department for details. This is ongoing and will be deducted monthly unless the member cancels due to relocation or medical condition. See the application for the Termination of Membership clause or for membership terms and conditions.

Whether you need to tone your quadriceps or need that first step to physical fitness, our certified personal trainers will help you achieve your goals! Both beginners and fitness gurus will benefit from the motivation, guidance and proper instruction to insure a safe and efficient workout. The perfect fitness program is waiting for you!

A fitness assessment is included in your initial session and includes body composition, one-minute sit up test, one-minute push up test, three-minute step test, flexibility test, bench press, cardiovascular assessment, strength training program, and goal setting with your certified personal trainer. Each pack is listed by the number of hour-long sessions you will meet with the personal trainer. Please call (815)-886-6222 to set up your hourly appointment.
