This 3,000 sq. ft. fitness center has state-of-the art equipment, locker rooms with showers, and a beautiful aerial view of Romeoville's Village Park. Both the Recreation Center and Fit 4 Life Fitness Center will also close at 5:00pm during RomeoFest - Monday, August 4, 2008 through Sunday, August 10, 2008.

 

NEW FITNESS CENTER PACKAGE

Premier Plus Package: $400/Residents               $600/NonResident

The package that gives you everything! This membership includes a year membership at the Fit 4 Life Center, Aerobic classes and child care (limit 2 children). For each session, you must sign up for all the classes that you want to participate in. These members will receive a colored coded I.D. card that you must show to participate in child care and classes. A non refundable $100 down payment is due at time of registration with the remaining balance due 3 months from registration date. Auto draft is not available, and membership is non transferable. This does not include any of the yoga classes. We reserve the right to revoke any membership if all guidelines are not met.

Fitness Assessment
This 1-hour session includes a blood pressure check, body composition, 1 minute sit-up test, 1 minute push-up test, 3 minute step test, flexibility test, bench press, cardiovascular assessment, strength training, and goal setting.

Semi-Private (1 trainer, 2 clients) - $87 Member / $115 Non-member


The Fit 4 Life 4 Pack
Continue on your journey to being Fit 4 Life with four 1 hour sessions which include a fitness assessment, consultation, personal program design and assisted workout sessions from your certified personal trainer.
Individual (one-on-one) - $134 Member / $162 Non-member
Semi-Private (1 trainer, 2 clients) - $174 Member / $230 Non-member


The Fit 4 Life 6 Pack
Kick it up to six sessions to get a little more from our certified personal trainers. These six 1 hour sessions include a fitness assessment, consultation, personal program design and assisted workout session from your certified personal trainer.
