Rental Schedule
To book a date between April 1, 2013 and June 30, 2013, reserve beginning February 2, 2013.

To book a date between July 1, 2013 and September 30, 2013 reserve beginning May 4, 2013.

Room Rental
Book your date before it’s too late! Reservations can be made at the Recreation Center during office hours. Availability is contingent upon scheduled classes and events. Alcohol is not permitted in any of our facilities or parks. All indoor rentals are at the Recreation Center, 900 W. Romeo Rd. and are handicap accessible.

Please note: the rental fee AND cash deposit must be paid at time of registration. No reservations will be accepted without full payment and applicable form. You must include set up and clean up in your rental time. Please note the rental deposit refund policy: cash deposit must be picked up within 4-10 business days after rental. If deposit is not picked up within the 4-10 business days, a check will be mailed to the renter’s address within 4-6 weeks. Bodine Community Room
The Bodine Community Room is available on Saturdays and Sundays only and is perfect for meetings, small baby/wedding showers or birthday parties! Tables and chairs can be set up per renter’s specifications. Room holds up to 65 people.

Fees
$28 per hour for Romeoville residents
$42 per hour for non Romeoville residents
Fee is per hour and a $50 refundable cash deposit plus all hourly rental fees is due at time of room booking. When booking your room remember to include extra time for your own set up and clean up.

Paul “Pops” Drdak Senior and Teen Room
The Drdak Room is perfect for banquets, luncheons, showers, meetings, parties and any other special events. Kitchen facilities are available which include sink, stove, microwave, coffee maker, and counter space. Room holds up to 100 people.

Fees
$48 per hour for Romeoville residents
$72 per hour for non Romeoville residents
Fee is per hour and a $50 refundable cash deposit plus all hourly rental fees is due at time of room booking. Fee includes set-up of tables and chairs and clean-up. When booking your room remember to include extra time for your own set up and clean up.

North and South Gym
The gyms are each rented out separately for gym activities only – basketball, volleyball, soccer, etc. Tables and chairs are not available for gym rental.

Pete Capone Pavilion at O’Hara Woods
The Pete Capone Pavilion at O’Hara Woods can be accessed through Conservation Park, 524 W. Belmont Dr. Enjoy the beautiful view of O’Hara Woods while hosting your party. The pavilion rental features a sand volleyball court, picnic tables inside a sheltered pavilion, horseshoe pits, washroom facilities, and parking. This rental is only available to Romeoville residents. The pavilion is only open and available to rent April 1st through October 31st.

Fees
$68 per day for Romeoville residents (rental not available to non Romeoville residents).
Fee is per day and a $50 refundable cash deposit plus daily rental fee is due at time of booking.

Nancy Aldridge Memorial Pavilion at Village Park
Village Park is located at the Recreation Center, 900 W. Romeo Rd. and features the new Nancy Aldridge Memorial Pavilion, picnic tables, outdoor grills, concrete bean-bag game set, and shuffle boards – all ADA accessible. Rentals will only be taken until October 31st. Please call (815) 886-6222 for availability.

Fees
$38 per day for Romeoville residents (rental not available to non Romeoville residents).
Fee is per day and a $50 refundable cash deposit plus daily rental fee is due at time of booking.
