U-Volunteer Program
Wednesday, March 4, 2015, 6 p.m.
Recreation Center, 900 W. Romeo Rd.
Attend the University of Volunteers! This free program will give an overview of all volunteer opportunities at the Recreation Department. Those who attend are not obligated to volunteer - new & past volunteers are welcome. Participants will learn what qualifications are required and the benefits of being a volunteer, discover what type of events or programs are in need, and find out what it takes to be a head coach for a league. Guess the Number of Jelly Beans Contest
March 9 - April 14, 2015

Stop in to check out the container of jelly beans. Leave your information with your guess of how many beans are in the container. You could win a prize!

Springtide Craft Show
Saturday, March 21, 2015, 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.
Recreation Center, 900 W. Romeo Rd.
FREE ADMISSION & PARKING! Shop ‘til you drop! There will be 100 booths including, hand crafts, candles, jewelry, crochet, embroidery, floral arrangements, stamped items, pet accessories, hair bows, Tastefully Simple, Party Lite, Pampered Chef and much more. Admission and parking are free. Come early and have breakfast at the Knights of Columbus Pancake Breakfast or stop by the Golden Age Club’s bake sale or the Snack Shack concession stand. Pizza with Peter Rabbit

Join Peter and his sister Cotton-Tail in preparing for the spring holida! Activities include inflatables, a puppet show, craft area and more! Each registered child will receive a slice of pizza, a drink, picture with a bunny, and a craft. Register by: 3/15 Ages 13 and up are $5/R - $7/NR and 12 and under $9/R - $13/NR. Child must be accompanied by a paid adult. Glow-in-the-dark Egg Hunt to follow for kids age 12 and under! Hunt starts at 8:15PM sharp! Community Garage Sale
Saturday, May 16, 2015, 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Register with the Romeoville Recreation Department to be included in a publication of homes participating in the Garage Sale. The publication of homes will be available to pick up at the Recreation Center and Village Hall beginning Tuesday, May 12. Please return the registration form no later than Friday, May 1.

Dad & Son Golfing Fun
Saturday, May 16, 2015, 9 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.

This is a night of fun, fascination and trivia! Teams of four, aged 21-years or over participate in a trivia-style competition where teams compete for the coveted Romeoville’s Smartest Cup. Proceeds to benefit the Youth Outreach Commission Scholarship Fund. Click here to view the flyer.
