  1. Hydrant Flushing

    March 13, 2017, 7:30 AM - May 31, 2017, 5:30 PM

    Hydrant flushing will take place ( weather permitting ) Monday thru Friday from 7:30 a.m. – 5:30 p.m. beginning March 13, 2017 and continuing until completion or May 31, 2017. Flushing will begin on the west side of Weber Road and progress eastward through town until completed or May 31, 2017. Flushing signage will be placed near the areas we are flushing on a daily basis to keep the public informed of our progress.

  1. HERO and Will County HELPS event

    Heroin Epidemic Relief Organization (HERO) and Will County HELPS (Heroin Education Leads to Preventative Solutions) in conjunction with the Southwest Coalition for Substance Abuse Issues presents this summit on the Heroin/Opioid Epidemic in Illinois. State officials have identified six Illinois counties on the front line in the fight to end the heroin/opioid epidemic that has claimed countless lives across the Nation. These counties are implementing innovative strategies to reduce opioid overdose deaths. This informative panel discussion will highlight their critical work, focusing on options to expand and support their initiatives. Panelists/Programs include: Will County, DuPage County, Cook County and Lake County. Event sponsored by: HERO, Will County HELPS, Southwest Coalition for Substance Abuse Issues, Village of Romeoville, Aurora University, Silver Cross Hospital and the Illinois Dept of Human Services - Division of Alcohol and Substance Abuse.

    April 21, 2017, 6:00 PM - 9:00 PM @ Recreation Center

    A special night for a mom & her son (ages 3-12 years). Includes games, dinner, drinks, dessert, project, picture, and entertainment. Pre-registration is required. When registering online, please register the son (not mother). Register by April 2. This year's theme is "Let's go to the circus".
