Romeoville.org –Community Photo of the Week Terms and Conditions Please indicate your acceptance of the following Terms and Conditions by checking the box below: I am the author, photographer and/or owner of the photo that I am submitting to Romeoville.org, and I give my express consent to the public posting of my photo on the Romeoville.org site, and to being publicly identified by first name and geographic location if my photo is used for Photo of the Week. If the photo encompasses or contains images of children or minors, I am the parent or legal guardian of such minors and also specifically consent to the public posting of such images as part of the public posting of my photo. This consent is being given gratuitously without any expectation or promise of payment from the Village of Romeoville, and I understand that no such payment shall in any event be made. The photo that I am submitting is my original work and does not infringe on anyone else’s rights. By submitting the photo I am giving Village of Romeoville a perpetual, royalty-free, worldwide license to use the photo for its promotional, marketing, informational, business or other municipal purposes, including but not limited to Photo of the Week. Such uses may encompass printed, video or other media formats or outlets in addition to use on Romeoville.org. I understand and acknowledge that Village of Romeoville chooses the Photo of the Week in its sole and absolute discretion and all decisions made by Village of Romeoville are final. I also understand and acknowledge that by submitting a photo Village of Romeoville does not guarantee acceptance or publication of the photo. By submitting a photo, I release the Village of Romeoville and all of its officials, officers, employees and agents from any and all liability arising from or related in any way to the Village’s ise of the photo. I am at least eighteen (18) years of age. I expressly agree that this photo submission is made in accordance with the Terms of Service applicable to the Romeoville.org site.
