An indoor soccer league that hosts youth levels U8 thru High School (U19) boys and girls. Over 400 teams comprised of over 5,000 youth travel soccer players participate in the league.

Empower Volleyball is a beginner to intermediate recreational league for young athletes. All skill levels are welcome. Season includes one 90 minute practice day and one game weekly.
