Orders are now being accepted for the 2025 Veteran & Service Member Banner Program. The program is a way to remember, honor, or thank a veteran in your life with a vinyl banner that will be displayed on the light poles in the community.
The banners are 24” x 62” double-sided vinyl that will be displayed on the light poles in front of Village Hall from May - Nov. for $50 or on Montrose Dr. from May-April for $100.
Orders must be received and paid for in person at Village Hall by January 31, 2025. There are 41 banner spots on Village Hall grounds and 28 spots on Montrose Dr. First time applicants will get precedence in the program. Part of the proceeds of this program will go towards the Veterans Commission scholarship fund as well as paying for veterans’ assistance programs.
To qualify for the program, the veteran must be a current resident of Romeoville or, if deceased, had previously lived in Romeoville. Click here for all the qualifications.
