The Village of Romeoville will have the contractor restriping the roadway on Veteran’s Parkway on April 15, 2025, beginning approximately 800’ West of Hudson Ave. The striping of the roadway will consist of merging thru traffic to the left lane west of the Hudson Ave. intersection and modifying the right lane to be a turn only lane for Hudson Ave. The right-hand lane East of Hudson will be hashed out to remain a merged lane until it breaks out into a turn only lane for Dalhart Ave. The new lane striping configuration will address the traffic concerns and improve traffic flow on Veteran’s Parkway.
