Final development plans for Heartland Dental were approved by the Village Board on November 16th. The proposed site is currently vacant and located just South of the Sam’s Club fueling station in Romeoville Crossings. The 4,200 square foot facility will be a stand-alone building dental office.

“We are happy to see Heartland Dental invest in the Weber Road Corridor. They will be a great addition to the other businesses that recently opened at this intersection,” said Mayor John Noak.

Construction is anticipated to start in the Spring of 2017, with a completion date of Fall 2017.
