      The Village of Romeoville strives to ensure a safe working environment for our employees. 

      To help coordinate this task, we are asking employees to complete a short survey to help guage interest for a booster vaccine. The survey is not your commitment to receive the booster vaccine or a guarantee that you will receive the booster vaccine, but rather it is giving us a number of likely participants when planning dosage, locations, etc.

      All survey responses are confidential and will be used solely for the purposes of prioritizing and scheduling vaccinations.
