51. For sponsors who receive a marketing booth, we expect your marketing booth to be staffed during all open hours of all (4) days of RomeoFest. As a reminder, RomeoFest will be held Thursday, August 3rd through Sunday, August 6th.
53. MARKETING BOOTH INFORMATION

    Table preparation can begin on Thursday, August 3rd at 12:00pm. Overnight security is provided beginning Thursday, August 3rd through closing on Sunday, August 6th; however we are not responsible for lost or stolen items. if possible, please remove items from your table each night that could be damaged by inclement weather. You will be contacted closer to the event with a map, parking passes and additional information.
