Once your form has been submitted, please send in payment to the address provided. All artwork & logos must be sent to rgreen@romeoville.org. Deadline to receive all benefits is 4 weeks prior to the event date.
Someone from our Accounting Department will call you to take your Credit Card payment over the phone. Please provide a contact name, phone number, and the best time to call Mon-Fri between 9AM-5PM. We accept Visa, MasterCard, and Discover only (we do not take American Express).

Table preparation can begin on Thursday, August 3rd at 12:00pm. Overnight security is provided beginning Thursday, August 3rd through closing on Sunday, August 6th; however we are not responsible for lost or stolen items. if possible, please remove items from your table each night that could be damaged by inclement weather. You will be contacted closer to the event with a map, parking passes and additional information.
*Sponsors who receive a marketing booth include: Headlining Band, Laser Show, Family Zone, Fireworks, Platinum, and Gold sponsors.
