2023 RomeoFest Sponsorship Commitment Form

  2. Thank you for choosing to sponsor our Annual RomeoFest! Please fill out the form below and indicate the appropriate sponsorship level. Once your form has been submitted, please send in payment to the address provided. All artwork & logos must be sent to Deadline to receive all benefits is 4 weeks prior to the event date. 

  3. If you would like us to link or tag your business/organizations social media account(s) where applicable based on the sponsorship level please include them below. If you would prefer not to be linked/tagged please leave them blank.

  6. Someone from our Accounting Department will call you to take your Credit Card payment over the phone. Please provide a contact name, phone number, and the best time to call Mon-Fri between 9AM-5PM.  We accept Visa, MasterCard, and Discover only (we do not take American Express).

  8. For sponsors who receive a marketing booth, we expect your marketing booth to be staffed during all open hours of all (4) days of RomeoFest. As a reminder, RomeoFest will be held Thursday, August 3rd through Sunday, August 6th.

    Table preparation can begin on Thursday, August 3rd at 12:00pm. Overnight security is provided beginning Thursday, August 3rd through closing on Sunday, August 6th; however we are not responsible for lost or stolen items. if possible, please remove items from your table each night that could be damaged by inclement weather. You will be contacted closer to the event with a map, parking passes and additional information.

    *Sponsors who receive a marketing booth include: Headlining Band, Laser Show, Family Zone, Fireworks, Platinum, and Gold sponsors.
