Celebrate Hispanic Heritage Month by joining culinary arts instructor Violeta Trujeque, owner of Violet Velvet Cooking Classes, in a cultural and cooking presentation of Arroz con Leche (rice pudding) and Horchata (sweet drink made out of rice). Samples will be provided!
