Payment Options

Water Bill Options:

The Village of Romeoville now has a variety of options for you to pay water bills and also access your account information.

  • Make a payment by phone: 
    Make a quick payment over the phone with a credit/debit card or eCheck by calling 1-877-819-7080, Follow the prompts to make a payment.

  • Automatic Bill Pay: Through participation in this program the Village will automatically deduct payment of your water/sewer and refuse collection bill from your checking or savings account.
  • Online Payment Process:
  • Click here to log in and/or create an account. (You will need your Account Number and your full name as it appears on your bill.)

  • Enter your username of your choice, password (must be 8 characters long. Must contain a capital letter, number, and a symbol)

    An email will be sent for activation, if you click on the link and receive a link expired message, you can still log into your payment portal due to backend activation.
